How To Submit An RSS XML File To RSS Directories?
I have an xml file containing all my rss feeds but i don`t know how to submit this xml file to the rss directories.
I cannot use SEnuke rss submitter because there i most add the rss url`s and i have an XML file
Do you know how to submit this xml file to the rss directories directly ?

you can use google webmaster or yahoo site explorer. and submit your feed to sitemap.

Just enter the URL to the RSS feed.
